Born and bred in Hampshire, England, Nell began her career journey with a History of Art & Architecture degree at the University of Leeds, before beginning her early career as a residential real estate agent in London. Seeking a more creative path, she re-trained and transitioned into the interior design world and began working for top designers on projects across Hampshire, Berkshire and London before taking on her own clients. Making the decision to re-locate to her husband’s hometown of Adelaide, the journey led her to Australia, where Nell Heaton Interiors came to life.
